Additional questions to ask in your advances:

Are there any dedicated COVID-19 Compliance Officers onsite?

What emergency medical services are on site and what transport options are on site in case of an emergency?

What is the plan in the event of a positive or symptomatic case on site?

If someone is ill at your event, the venue is responsible for handling those that may show symptoms of Covid-19. Have you identified a space that can be used to isolate staff or participants who become ill at the event and cannot leave the event immediately.

What cleaning productions/qualifications do the Covid cleaning team have? Has janitorial staff been specifically trained in Covid protocol, what supplies are they being supplied with for cleaning and disinfection?

What methods of cleaning and what frequency will they be cleaning with and what areas?

Does the backstage cleaning team also clean public facing areas?

Who will do contact tracing and notification of exposure?

What vaccination verification, or health screening procedures/testing procedures if any are on hand for employees?

Are they required to wear masks?

Who will be on stage/backstage when artist performs who are not on her team-how many cameras/ people (person with cabling etc.) Will they be tested/vaccinated/masked?

For Press Interviews and Photo Area- What is the route.? Does an artist take a golf cart? Is the golf cart and driver dedicated- again-Will they be tested/vaccinated/masked? Same question for any runner vehicles.

How is catering being handled? Is there individual meals? Catering should not buffet style unless servers behind partitions. Guests will point at their selections, and the catering team will plate the meal and pass off at the end of the line.
